Our Methodology
We offer both Contingency and Retained recruitment solutions to our clients.
Retained search engagement
A Retained engagement is used when our client requires maximum sensitivity, typically due to the seniority of the hire (C-Suite or equivalent) or where they wish for a very controlled message to the candidate market. We would be appointed exclusively for this purpose.
We would schedule more frequent and thorough discussions with our client to assess the progress of the recruitment at 3 stages : Instruction, Short List Delivery and Execution (start date of the successful candidate). We would in turn divide our total success fee into 3 tranches. Note that the total success fee will be the same as a contingency engagement yet invoiced differently due to the longer, more intensive process.
Contingency engagement
We will only charge our client a fee upon the successful identification of a suitable candidate and the start of their employment. This model is more commonly used for non MD or C-Suite hires.
